The responsibilities will include:
Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging, and audience identification.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful posts, tailored to each platform, in order to increase followers and engagement.
Optimise existing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
Manage a content calendar and day-to-day activities on social media channels.
Work with the marketing team to create promotional calendars.
Develop social media content strategy in line with targeted advertising campaigns and SEO strategy.
Collaborate with other departments (customer services, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Recommend and utilise social analytic tools to track, evaluate and improve performance of the social media activity and produce key reports.
Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring with other departments.
