Responsibilities will be to support the Recruitment Business Partner with all recruitment activity, including:

Managing and maintaining the Candidate Tracking System
Preparation of Candidate Tracking System Reports
Advertising vacancies internally & externally
Accurate recording of vacancies using in-house documents
Diary & Room Booking co-ordination
Liaising with Agents, Recruiting Manager's & Candidates
Recording, Checking & Reconciliation of all Recruitment Invoices
Preparation of Contractor Documents
Ad-hoc travel to other offices
Assist with other varied HR projects undertaken within the HR Department if required
