THE JOB:
Perform a true HR generalist role.
Provide an HR advisory service and be the key point of contact for any HR support.
Provide insight and analysis to the Head of HR on a monthly and ad hoc basis, in relation to disciplinary, sickness absence, and employee retention.
Be responsible for the proactive management of case work relating to sickness absence, employee relations, and performance management.
Be flexible to attend regular off-site meetings including welfare meetings, and interviews.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process; identifying needs across the business and providing full administrative support to the advertisement of vacancies, sifting of applications, and organising of interviews for management roles.
Demonstrate good commercial awareness and up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law.
