Our iGaming client is looking for a Content Manager to join their team in UK or Malta. You will work closely with the Head of CRM, Data and MarTech, as well as other members of the Marketing team, and other areas of the business. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in Football, Marketing and Sports Betting, and looking for a new opportunity in an established and growing company.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor all apps and sites and ensure the presentation of all content is fully executed.
• Create and manage the content schedule, plan in advance to maximise exposure of the brand on big events and ad-hoc promotions.
• Define and deliver on a vision for the group’s client’s content across products and vertical types to provide outstanding customer experiences and drive revenue.
• Regularly test all key customer journeys to ensure a first class customer experience is delivered at all times. (Navigation, betting experience, Ts & Cs, promotions and more).
• Curate a roadmap of products to be released, promoted and optimised based on performance analysis.
• Own and optimise the content for websites and manage all key content uploaded on site, regularly reviewing performance and benchmark against key competitors.
• Create engaging Visual and Written content for Casino, Sportsbook and Virtual Products through different communication channels/platforms.
• Be the champion of customer experience and optimize customers’ flows on website/app.
• Work with local teams to ensure optimal delivery of multichannel promotions on local channels (radio/tv/shops/billboards).
• Work with tech teams to develop and deliver a winning experience across all chosen technology platforms.
• Develop pipeline of PR and editorial content for our sportsbook content portfolio.
• Develop product narratives, social channel strategies and media messaging across the content product suite.
• Drive customer engagement by optimizing product release campaigns including messaging frameworks and commercial materials.
• Work with internal teams to create tools, assets and training to drive sales enablement.
• Supervise the Content Executive to ensure the correct implementation of the Content Strategy.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and confident writing and editing copy in English.
• Fluent in Spanish and confident writing and editing copy is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the betting/gaming industry, with 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Extremely precise with a keen eye for details.
• Determined to deliver excellent results.
• Data driven and able to gather insights, draw conclusions, produce strategic plans and implement.
• A passion for storytelling and an ability to develop consistent narratives for powerful communications.
• Understanding of the media landscape as well as brand or entertainment marketing strategy.
• Proven track record in delivering metric-based digital and traditional marketing execution across multiple platforms.
• Distinctive problem-solving, strategic-thinking and analytical.
• Motivated self-starter always looking to share acquired knowledge with others.
• Previous experience in people coordination.
• Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Photoshop (any other design software is considered an asset).
• Experience using Wordpress or similar content management systems is considered an asset.
