Duties to include:
Your duties include executing sales, growing sales instructions, managing the whole process from take on to successful sale and also sales progression through to successful completion.
Proactive work to bring on new leads and promote the company as a quality option for estate agency.
Implementing and overseeing all marketing, advertising and PR to promote the sales side of the business in this area and assisting with the wider area of group operations.
Achieving revenue generation targets and ensuring that cost budgets are met.
Networking and landlord events; attending and presenting.
Build a reputation for professionalism for the company
Promoting the wider group including assisting the rest of the team in winning new lettings and property management instructions, and growing and promoting the sales effort more widely throughout the Group.
