Requirements for this Architectural Technician/ Interior Designer (COMMERCIAL) position:
Qualification within 3D Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Spatial Design (or related!)
2 years' minimum worth of experience within a similar position
Be able to assist the more senior members of the design team and work under your own initiative
Creative mind and superb eye for detail
Demonstrable experience of working within the commercial interior design sector
Understanding of the UK Building Regulations
An ability to carefully analyse problems, in order to generate appropriate solutions
The ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload
