****** is now looking to recruit a Part-Time Caretaker who will work as part of a team to ensure the care and upkeep of our building. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Care of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), fire regulations, risk assessment and basic DIY skills.
Closing date for applications: 9.00 am on Wednesday 12th February 2020
Interviews: Monday 17th February 2020
Hours of work: 25 hours per week, which will include late evenings, weekends and occasional early mornings. In the future, there is the possibility that more hours may be available.
Hours are subject to change and the needs of the business, rotas for these hours will be issued 2 weeks in advance by the Operations Manager.
Basic work pattern, 5 days over 7. May include weekends
Overtime may be required, standard rate of pay up to 48 hours per week
Salary: £11,440 per annum (based on 25 hours)
