About Company
Leeds Dance Partnership supports and celebrates amazing dance in Leeds and beyond, led by world-class organisations and independent dance artists based in the city: Northern Ballet; Yorkshire Dance; Northern School of Contemporary Dance; Leeds Playhouse; Phoenix Dance Theatre; and Leeds Beckett University. A member of the independent dance community also sits on our board.

The internship is offered as a 1-year fixed term contract and will give the post holder the chance to develop their practical marketing and communications skills. It will also build your organisation, planning, writing and strategic thinking skills as you work with leading dance organisations in Leeds to deliver communications for a wide range of events, performances and projects.
Based at Northern Ballet’s headquarters in Leeds city centre, you will work closely with Northern Ballet’s Communications Department to help deliver communications activity for ****** projects and events.

• Salary: £8.21 per hour (National Living Wage, to rise to £8.72 in April)
• Hours: 14 hours per week.
The office is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm. We can offer flexibility in terms of how these hours are distributed across the working week
• 1-year fixed term contract
• Annual leave entitlement: 8 days, pro-rata of 20 days
• Closing date for applications: Friday 6 March 5pm
• Interviews take place: w/c 16 March
