Key duties:
Support the transition to an automated editorial system by working with external supplier and communicating with key stakeholders
Coordinate manuscript processing with authors and editorial team to make sure on time delivery
Manage peer review of manuscripts and proof rejection text from editors and feedback to the corresponding authors
Maintain in-house electronic system and track the submissions progress
Provide performance feedback to the Editor in chief and editors
