NICOLA “New International Company of Live Arts” is a small, fast-growing CHARITY that provides opportunities for artists and young people to get involved in creative activities whilst developing their professional skills. We opened an ART shop at 22 Putney High Street, SW15 1SL and we are looking for a project manager that would like to gain some experience to add to their CV. We are looking for someone that could work for 2 or 3 days a week in a voluntary position, who are looking to gain experience in the industry.
The Project Manager will:
Advertise, Interview and Recruit interns to cover further positions. Management of the Interns would also be appreciated but is optional.
Research and contact Universities and Colleges (that specialise in Arts and Design) to create partnerships while giving opportunities to their students.
Contact possible Fashion and Design companies that could support future projects.
The skills required:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient skills using Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment.
• Social awareness.
