THE JOB:
To produce an annual business plan, manage and work within the agreed departmental budget
To develop and deliver an all year-round programme of events and activities on site
To source, contract and support suitable providers of events to deliver the programme
To work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to establish and train a team of volunteers to provide the manpower necessary to deliver the events programme
To promote and market the events programme including media coverage, websites, posters, and leaflets etc
To be responsible for developing the use of Wentworth Woodhouse for events managed by external groups including timetabling and bookings etc
To provide marketing and promotional support for these events
To oversee all aspects of the wedding business including managing bookings, dealing with subcontractors and caterers, marketing, and promotion.
To oversee all aspects of television and film set bookings including liaison with the clients, managing booking and logistics.
