You will be specifically responsible for;
Establishing how CRM can best support our product tribes achieve their overall campaign objectives
Identifying opportunities to create and implement operationally efficient and repeatable CRM products including defining and delivering testing plans
Supporting the product tribes in understanding how to improve overall campaign and mechanic performance
Managing a team of to deliver communications to support the business needs in their specialism
Supporting the broader CRM team as necessary to deliver on the departmental requirements
The successful candidate will be a collaborative customer focused marketer who is responsible for shaping the overall future direction of Sky Betting and Gaming's CRM within their Commercial team.
