The Finance Administrator will be working with the HR and Finance team to process and develop expenses, payroll and benefits for a team of around 100 people.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing of monthly expenses and personal finances
Working closely with HMRC, ensuring all process's are up to date
Produce the monthly payroll with an external payroll provider
Administration of the auto enrolment pension scheme
Preparation of fee proposals and programmes for clients
Administration of employee benefits
Covering of reception duties when needed
Induction of new starters
