The Role
This instructional designer role will involve the design of mainly face to face training materials, through from liaising with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, to designing and developing the materials using the ADDIE model. Following the project management of the development and launch of new materials, a constant evaluation would then take place, using the Kirkpatrick model.
