SERVICE & MATERIALS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
* New supplier sourcing and evaluation
* Undertake contract negotiation in conjunction with Group Procurement.
* Development of procurement contracts for the supply of materials and support activities.
* Service contract scope of work
* Management of annual contract renewal process and engineering spare parts procurment
* Manage new supplier sourcing and evaluation process
* Implement standardisation parts procedures and process for identification of obsolete spares
* Develop and management of an optimised inventory model ensuring materials availability and lowest stock holding cost.
* Manage the OEM component conversion programm
