Role:
Provide support to the Studio Manager in carrying out any duties
The main requirement is to provide artwork / reprographics to a specific Brand or client
Meet the demands of the clients i.e. both internal /external communication, project manage the artwork process, produce artwork files
Offer any technical support to colleagues
Communicate any corporate brand changes with the rest of the team and also keep them updated with the workflow progress
Document any changing processes and procedures
Assist in housing keeping studio systems and equipment
Suggest and implement any systems / procedures to improve customer satisfaction
Assist with any issues which may arise in your specific area
