As the Senior Layout Designer you will have a strong technical or design background. For this role, it is essential that you have prior experience in working for or alongside a housebuilder. You must have developed excellent skills in using AutoCad. Experience of other packages such as VectorWorks and Photoshop are desirable. In addition, free-hand drawing skills will be an asset in this role. As the Senior Layout Designer you will have excellent organisational skills, be hardworking and an effective communicator.
