The Candidate:
Be self-driven and possess good people management skills
Experience within a mechanical rotating product e.g. Gears, transmissions, motors, drives etc.
Excellent people skills, ability to deal with diverse people at all levels
Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system would be beneficial
Able to work under pressure and can manage prioritisation to ensure contracts are completed on time
Understanding and working knowledge of financial costing and customer quotations
Service driven, innovative, reliable and assertive
A HNC, degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering is preferred but not essential for this role
