As a member of the Senior Leadership Team:
Play a full part in the editorial & operational management of the programme.
Contribute ideas & effort, and take shared responsibility for delivering results.
Champion change, engaging your direct reports in the process through supportive, clear and accurate communications.
Be an advocate of policies and editorial/operational changes both within ****** and externally. Lead and or participate in projects on behalf of the senior team e.g. chairing meetings, ensuring process is appropriately documented, feeding back to the rest of the senior team.
