A new project is being born among the plots of ******: a digital and visual radio that could tell different social realities through music. The main objective, therefore, will be to hunt emerging artists and conduct interviews to deepen their art, trying to connect them to specific civil issues or to complex social realities. The programs will be composed also by a live music session, further more than the interview. The project aims to create a community gathered around the precious value of sharing, a community that can understand from the team in question to the audience group that will be forming. National and international artists will be involved, creating opportunities for work and cultural exchange. It will be a testing ground for anyone who wants to test themselves in the field of musical and audio-visual communication.

We are currently recruiting a responsible to record and edit the radio programs. The ideal candidate would have experience in digital editing of audio-visual contents wishing to improve his/her knowledge about recording and editing works.
The successful applicant will be working on live projects from day one and will be heavily involved in shaping our future product lines. We are looking for someone who is willing to work on publishing at least one radio program a week, therefore with a commitment of at least 2-3 days a week. The candidate must collaborate at least until mid-May.
This is a volunteer position with a great opportunity to build experience working within an arts organisation, artists and event management.


The responsable of record and edit will:

⦁ Record the interviews and the live music sessions, searching a good quality and perfect prospects for the video and finding the better way to record the music audio.
⦁ Edit her/his recorded materials
⦁ Add logos to videos.


The skills required:

⦁ Interest in recording and editing cultural and musical contents.
⦁ Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
⦁ Ability to work in a deadline sensitive environment.
⦁ Tolerances in equip working, trying to find every time a good collaboration.
⦁ Wishes to experiment new fresh ways to edit the radio's episodes.
⦁ Ability to record the audio of a live music.
⦁ Excellent computer skills required. Essential skills: programmes like Video Pad, Adobe, etc.
⦁ Committed to learn new skills.
